Reservation requests: name, email, phone number, pickup and destination addresses, any additional stops, requested date and time, passengers, luggage, flight details if provided, special requests and gratuity preference.

Customer accounts (optional): name, email, phone, preferred language, password (stored only in encrypted form by our authentication provider) and saved addresses.

Feedback: ratings and comments you choose to submit after a trip.

Technical: limited request information (such as an anonymised visitor identifier) used to prevent abuse of address and route lookups.

To review and confirm reservation requests, calculate driving distance, travel time and price quotes, communicate with you about your booking, operate your account, and improve our service. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party marketing.

Google Maps Platform: address suggestions you type and route addresses are sent to Google to provide autocomplete, driving distance and travel time. Google's own privacy policy applies.

Hosting, database and sign-in: provided by our website platform provider (Lovable Cloud).

Email: booking and account emails are sent through our platform's email service.

Payments: online payments are not currently enabled.

We use browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your language. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers.

We share information only with the providers above as needed to operate the service, with drivers assigned to your trip, or when required by law.

Reservation records are accessible only to authorized BrenMark administrators and to the customer who owns them. Private booking links are stored only in hashed form. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us. Account holders can update their profile and saved addresses in My BrenMark.
